Job Opportunities

This is a varied and interesting role and no two days are the same. Your problem solving and mechanical diagnostic skills will be tested to the full, advising customers on the process and components for machine repairs and maintenance. As a representative of our company you’ll demonstrate that quality workmanship is not only exercised during the machine build but also when we undertake service and maintenance work.

As a key member of the service team, you will respond to our international customer base, providing mechanical support for service work, planned maintenance, upgrades and breakdowns. In addition to resolving on-site problems, you will forge and enhance good working relations with the customer promoting our other technical services. When office based, you’ll provide further customer support by processing quotations and answering technical enquiries.

Whilst no two customers require the same support, typically our service work involves: replacing gears, bearings, ball screws, cutter and grinding spindles, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic installations and can even extend to an overall of major mechanical assemblies.
